Inclined Conveyor
Manufactured by Monk in 2002
Inclined at approximately 20 degrees and running ten metres overall (via an enclosed tunnel between two buildings) and including a delivery nose at the upper end, this conveyer has a reversible, variable speed, heavy duty drum drive, and sensors which stop it when the lead parcel reaches any of three chosen positions selected.
The belt is 500 mm in width and the conveyor is designed to carry parcels of up to 15 kilos.
It runs on a standard 220/240v 50Hz single phase electricity supply. Modular in aspect, the construction utilises extruded aluminium sections and stainless steel bed plates.
