Electrical heating , power 84KW , max. temperature 500°C- 4 heating zones able to work all simultaneously or 2 by 2.
Cooking chamber made of stainless steel (INOX AISI 3430).
The original conveyor design has been up-graded to take into account stone dilatation: All the stones of the conveyor have been replaced and it has never been used since other than for test purposes (some hours).
Steam extraction on both ends.
Various spare parts are also available with this oven (stones , and electrical resistances)
The machine is fully tested and operational.
